Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What if a jewelry item that you like has sold? 
A: Although many of my jewelry items are one-of-a-kind, nearly identical or similar pieces may be able to be made to special order. For this reason, I may leave pictures of pieces that have sold with an indication that a similar item may be special-ordered. If you are interested in placing such an order, please contact me at orders@white-rabbitdesigns.com. I will reply as to how exactly the piece can be duplicated, any changes that I must make, cost, and estimated time to complete the piece.


Q: What if you would like a piece executed in a different metal or with a different gemstone? 
A: In many cases, I can duplicate or nearly duplicate a piece, substituting for instance gold-filled for silver, or 14K gold for gold-filled. I may also be able to substitute the stone of your choice. Please contact me at orders@white-rabbitdesigns.com.  I will reply as to how exactly the piece can be completed, the cost, and estimated time to complete the piece.

Q: How do I pay for Special Orders?
A: Payment for one half (1/2) the estimated amount of a special order item is due at the time the order is placed. As soon as you and I agree on the design and price, I can issue an email requesting a payment via PayPal. You may also send me a check or cashier’s/certified check for the amount. When the item is completed, I will post it on the website, marking it as SOLD, and will contact you that I have done so. This will allow you to preview the item before it is shipped to you. When I have received your approval for shipment, I will send a second email requesting PayPal payment. Again, you may also send a check or certified/cashier’s check. Then I will ship the item.

 

NOTE: If you are paying by personal check, I will wait until the check has cleared to ship your item.
